This video illustrates how to begin with MakeItRational software and create first project on the example of project prioritization. It demonstrates the whole AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) decision making process: defining alternatives, structuring criteria into hierarchy, comparing criteria, evaluating alternatives and analyzing results. There is also presented real time input validation and inconsistency/contradiction analysis.

In this video was presented the process of group decision making with MakeItRational decision making software on the example of supplier performance evaluation. The video demonstrates how to manage project evaluators, collect external judgments via special online application, synthesis group evaluation and generate final ranking of suppliers. Moreover it demonstrates how to calculate individual ranking for each evaluator separately and generate decision report.
