Do I have to sign a long term contract?
Absolutely not! There are no contracts, it's free to start, then pay-as-you-go. You simply pay month-to-month. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again.
How does the 3-day free trial work?
If you cancel a plan within 3 days of signing up you won't be charged a thing. If you cancel your account in the future you will never be charged again, but you are responsible for charges already incurred up until your cancellation.
Do you offer a free plan?
Not anymore. All free account have been upgraded to MakeItRational Basic.
Do you have a money back guarantee?
Yes we do. You can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Just contact us: sales@makeitrational.com
Do I get a free trial if I change plan?
No, you only receive the free trial when you create your account. Sign up for the plan that best meets your needs. You can always downgrade before your trial is over.
How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel at any time here (you need to be logged in).

Yes, you can save up to 30%. Choose the plan and you will see 3, 6, 12 months subscription options.
Do you handle VAT for EU purchases?
Yes. For European customers, the EU requires to charge VAT to purchases by non-business consumers located in the EU. Business customers are able to waive VAT charges by providing a valid VAT ID at time of purchase.

What if you raise the price?
You will be 'grandfathered' into the pricing scheme the day you signed up. As long as you continue your subscription you don’t need to worry about the price raise.
Do I get a separate login and password for each evaluator?
No. Each plan comes with 1 user account (login and password). User creates projects, builds model and invites evaluators. Evaluator provides preferences for the specific project. He can’t modify project, see results or preferences of other evaluators.
What are the minimum system requirements to run MakeItRational?
